Indication : TESTO MIX 250(blend of testosterones) is indicated for use in hormone replacement therapy, rejuvenation therapy, panhypopituitarism and female breast cancer.

Testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone decanoate (TP/TPP/TiC/TD), sold under the brand name Testo Mix 250 (Spectrum Pharma) among others, is an injectable combination medication of four testosterone esters, all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids.


They include:
30 mg testosterone propionate
60 mg testosterone phenylpropionate
60 mg testosterone isocaproate
100 mg testosterone decanoate
They are provided as an oil solution and are administered by intramuscular injection. The different testosterone esters provide for different elimination half-lives in the body. Esterification of testosterone provides for a sustained but non-linear release of testosterone hormone from the injection depot into the circulation.


Testo Mix 250 is the preferred method of testosterone replacement in the United Kingdom as detailed in the British National Formulary. There was a brief shortage of Testo Mix 250 during late 2011, due to licensing problems, and a further shortage in mid-2012 due to manufacturing problems.
This form of testosterone is a popular choice of anabolic steroid among bodybuilders and athletes.

Testo Mix 250 is used primarily in androgen replacement therapy. It is specifically approved for the treatment of hypogonadism in men, breast cancer, low sexual desire, delayed puberty in boys, and menopausal symptoms.


Testo Mix 250 is used primarily in androgen replacement therapy. It is currently FDA approved for the treatment of primary or hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (either congenital or acquired). Its safety in andropause (late-onset hypogonadism in men) has not yet been established. It is currently used off-label for breast cancer, breast disorders, delayed puberty in boys, oligospermia (low sperm count), hormone replacement therapy in transgender men, and osteoporosis.
